Nordic Kings Premium MSC Arctic Fish Broth is a high-protein culinary broth powder made from MSC-certified Norwegian Arctic cod (Gadus morhua). The product is 88% protein per 100 g, derived from gentle hydrolysis of cod muscle and connective tissue. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. The broth is high in protein. Use as a savoury broth (1-2 teaspoons in 250 ml hot water), as a seasoning, or as a cooking base for soups, sauces, and stews. The product has a clean, mild seafood flavour and dissolves readily in hot water. MSC-certified for sustainable wild-caught Arctic cod. Third-party tested for heavy metals (cadmium, mercury, lead) and microbiological safety. Produced in small batches in Sweden. Contains 2 g salt per 100 g. Suitable as part of a varied and balanced diet. Individuals on a sodium-restricted diet (e.g., hypertension) should be aware of the salt content and adjust portions accordingly. Contains fish.
