Holistic Spore Biome contains four spore-forming Bacillus strains (Bacillus subtilis HU58, Bacillus coagulans HC SC208, Bacillus clausii SC109, Bacillus licheniformis SL307) providing 4.5 billion CFU per capsule. The spore form allows the bacteria to survive transit through the stomach and become active in the colon. The formula also contains Livaux® (yellow kiwi powder, 50 mg), vitamin C, and biotin. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin, and mucous membranes. One capsule per day is sufficient for daily use. The capsule can also be opened and mixed with food or beverages.

Take 1 capsule per day. Recommended to take 15–20 minutes after a meal for best effect. For long-term use, or as a maintenance dose, the dose can be reduced to 1 capsule every other or every third day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Teenagers: dose as adults.
