ResveraCel 60 capsules from Thorne. ResveraCel is a nutritional supplement focused on energy production in the mitochondria of the cells. It contains an exclusive patented form of nicotinamide, nicotinamide riboside chloride, as well as trimethylglycine (betaine), resveratrol and quercetin. These substances stimulate the body's production of the molecule NAD+, which in turn supports mitochondrial energy production (ATP). As energy production increases, methylation also increases. This process uses methyl groups from methyl donors such as trimethylglycine, methylcobalamin (active B12) and folate as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, as well as creatine.
