Upgrit Ashwagandha contains ashwagandha root extract 440 mg per capsule (Withania somnifera), standardised to 7-10% withanolides (providing minimum 30.8 mg of withanolides per capsule). Ashwagandha (also known as Indian ginseng) has been used for over 4,000 years in Ayurvedic tradition. The product is produced in HPMC vegan capsules. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have a thyroid condition (ashwagandha may modulate thyroid hormone levels), take sedative or antihypertensive medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition.
