Holistic Sharp Mind combines Lion's Mane extract (Hericium erinaceus, 8:1 from fruiting body), Bacopa monnieri extract as Bacognize® (standardised to 12% bacosides, providing 36 mg of bacosides per 2 capsules), citicoline (250 mg per 2 capsules), and active forms of zinc, vitamin B6, folate, and vitamin B12. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function. Vitamin B6, folate, and vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The B-vitamins are provided in their active forms (pyridoxal-5-phosphate, methylcobalamin, calcium L-methylfolate), and zinc is supplied as zinc bisglycinate.
